Shipping and Delivery

Selling price are not inclusive of the delivery charge.

A delivery charge shall be imposed based on delivery location to be computed in accordance with the company’s delivery charge matrix.

If the order covers several delivery sites, an additional charge based on the company’s delivery charge matrix shall be imposed for each sites. You can check out the areas we currently deliver to and their shipping fees below. Unfortunately, our deliveries do not cover all the areas in the Philippines yet. We will get there eventually.

Yes, we do. Please be informed that we do not offer Cash On Delivery payments. 

  • Within Metro Manila – Free of Charge & Free Assemble
  • Outside Metro Manila – With Delivery Charge with Free Assemble
  • Domestic Cargo – Delivery Charge Depends on prevailing Cargo Rates / No Free Assemble

No, we do not offer international shipping.

We usually deliver within 3 business days to a week depending on your location, Monday to Saturday, after you have successfully placed your order in areas within Metro Manila.

Our Sales team will conduct an order verification process and update you as soon as possible by email and text message. Our branch will also email or contact you with regards to your final delivery date. You can also contact the branch for your delivery-related inquiries.

We cannot guarantee the schedule of delivery for a specific time and date immediately, however you may request your suggested available date and the branch will contact you for the confirmation of it.
We usually send out notices a day before the delivery date, and our deliveries are done within the time of 10am to 5pm only.

During delivery, Luxehome staff together with the client shall check the items for its condition. Once the client approves that the items delivered are in good condition then Luxehome will deem this as official acknowledgment of a done delivery.

In case the client does not want the items to be opened and checked with the Luxehome delivery staff, we will then consider this as a good delivery and the client will be asked to sign a waiver for a done delivery.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to choose your delivery day as it will depend on the availability of the item and the next available delivery date.

However you may request your suggested dates and availability and the branch will contact you for the confirmation of the delivery date.

Reschedule should be made ONE DAY BEFORE the date of delivery. If you request for reschedule within the date of delivery and our trucks have left, you will be charge a fine of Php 2,000.00 delivery fee. Delivery time is 11:00am-5:00pm only.

For Elevator concern:

Customer should make sure that the service elevator can accommodate the size of the ordered item and is working and available to use on the confirmed date of delivery.

No Return of  items will be allowed for reasons such as the item would not fit the entrance door or the elevator.

Reschedule of delivery if in case the service elevator is broken is subject to a delivery charge of Php 2,000.00

For Stairways concern:

We don’t allow use of stairways that will exceed 5 (Five) floors for delivery. This is to make sure that the item will not suffer any damage during its handling via the stairways and to protect the health and well-being of the Company’s delivery team.

We will assemble the item on the day of the delivery. However if client wishes another day for assembly, there will be a Php 2,000 fee for that. Assembly service is only available in Metro Manila.

You may assign a trusted person to receive your order for you. We will be requiring an authorization letter from you, a photocopy of your valid ID, and the receiver’s valid ID that he/she should present upon delivery.

You will be charged for another fee to deliver your item again on another available delivery date. It will be the same amount of your initial delivery fee.

We suggest that you make sure there is someone available to receive the delivery if you will not be there. Additional fee for provincial is initial delivery rate / For Manila 2,000.

We deliver to any address that is indicated as long as they are within the areas we deliver to.

Yes, you can still change your delivery address when your order has not been scheduled for delivery and is not shipped yet. Once scheduled and shipped, we can no longer change the invoice since these are already printed and orders have already been handed over to our delivery team.

We do not accept multiple deliveries for one order. If you wish to deliver in different areas, it should be done as separate orders with separate delivery fees subject to approved/agreed delivery time and date.

The items you will be receiving upon delivery are not yet assembled so the items can efficiently fit in our trucks and avoid damages. Assembly is free of charge only for Metro Manila & Outside Metro Manila. We offer no Assembly service for Domestic Air Cargo deliveries.

Customer should secure all necessary permit on their delivery address, gatepass for the security team manning their subdivision, condominium or residential place and secure a parking space for the truck upon arrival to the delivery address.

Customer or Assigned Person by the customer shall be responsible to check the items to be in good condition before our delivery team leaves with your signature on the delivery form.
